Creative, bold & experimental poster designs for Helmsdale RNLI Harbour Day events.

Project Information

I approached the East Sutherland Lifeboat fundraising team and volunteered to design a poster to advertise the annual Helmsdale Harbour Day in 2017 and again in 2018. I met the committee and discussed technical and design requirements and/or limitations surrounding the project, such as: RNLI brand guidelines and usage; copywriting; poster coverage and deadlines.

These posters provided the opportunity to experiment with poster design; the aim being to create eye-catching, informative and unique posters to advertise this annual event. These posters have been distributed to multiple locations across the Highlands of Scotland.
